Schiappa's prides itself on having the best & most carefully crafted pizza in the area. The biggest as well! Our pizzas are not churned out on a factory line; we know that some people will wait a while for quality. Unlike many pizza parlors, Schiappa's makes its own dough & only uses the freshest ingredients on a daily basis. Schiappa's originated in Lebanon in 1979 when owner John Schieppe decided to bring some of his mother's recipes from Italy & the East Coast to the Midwest. Our hand-tossed New York Style pizza & calzones give you that East Coast feel. Mangia! Mangia!
